Nurses 24/7 is looking for Recruiters/Sourcers (Remote or Onsite) for our corporate office. Must have the ability to communicate and source out leads for healthcare professionals! You will be working with our leads, technology and systems to identify and grow our staff in the healthcare industry. 90% phone work!
5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, required
2+ years talent acquisition experience within the healthcare industry, preferred
Sourcing experience through multiple platforms, required
Previous experience within a staffing agency, preferred
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), required
Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
Learns Applicant tracking system
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards
Manage full-life cycle recruitment process of qualified candidates for assigned
Meet or exceed department metrics as it relates to time-to-fill, total hires, etc.
Strategize with hiring managers on hiring and staffing methods and decisions
Negotiate compensation and other relevant employment details with candidates and hiring managers
Screen employment applications / resumes and conduct initial interviews
Set up interviews for qualified candidates with appropriate hiring managers; create interview agendas and schedule travel arrangements, as necessary
Build professional relationships with passive and active candidates; as needed, advise candidates as a career coach to optimize the overall candidate experience
